Who this policy applies to and how we think about your data.

Overview

FluvoSoft Ltd. respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who may access it, and what choices you have when you use our website, apps, and services.

We do not sell your personal information for advertising. We process data to operate our products, support your business, and keep our services secure and reliable.

02

Collection & use

What we collect, why we use it, and the legal bases behind processing.

Information we collect

We collect information only when we have a legitimate purpose. That includes information you give us directly, information collected automatically when you use our sites and apps, and information we receive from partners when you are referred to us or sign in through a third-party login.

  • Account and profile details: name, email, phone number, company name, country, and profile preferences when you register or update your account.
  • Contact and inquiry information: messages, support tickets, demo requests, and details you submit through forms or email.
  • Business and product data: information you enter into our apps (such as habits, check-ins, mood logs, resumes, profile details, invoices, inventory records, clients, PDFs or documents you process locally, and settings).
  • Payment-related information: billing contact details and transaction references. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers when payments are handled by a secure payment provider.
  • Usage and device information: pages viewed, features used, approximate location derived from IP address, browser or device type, operating system, crash or diagnostic logs (where enabled), and data needed to keep services reliable.
  • Marketing preferences: whether you subscribed to updates and how you interact with our communications.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our websites, mobile apps, and professional services.
  • Create and manage your account and authenticate your access.
  • Deliver customer support and respond to your requests.
  • Send service notices, security alerts, and policy updates.
  • Send marketing or product updates only where permitted and with opt-out options.
  • Analyze usage trends to fix bugs, improve performance, and develop new features.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
  • Meet legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep sessions secure, remember preferences, measure site traffic, and understand how features are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect how some parts of the website work.

We aim to limit non-essential tracking and do not use intrusive third-party advertising cookies on our main website.

03

Sharing & security

Who may access your data, how long we keep it, and how we protect it.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us host infrastructure, send email, process payments, provide analytics, or deliver support — only as needed and under confidentiality obligations.
  • Professional advisers (such as legal or accounting) when required.
  • Authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • A successor entity if FluvoSoft is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this policy or equivalent protections.

How long we keep information

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. When you delete your account, we remove personal data from active production systems within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days.

Encrypted backup copies may persist for a limited time (generally up to 90 days) before automatic removal. We may retain minimal records where required for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls and encryption in transit where appropriate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

04

Product data

Data you create or upload inside FluvoSoft apps and platforms.

Data you store in our products

When you use FluvoSoft apps to manage business records, you may upload or create data about your customers, employees, or operations. That data is yours. We process it only to provide the service, backup, sync, export, and support features you request.

  • You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process data about your own customers and contacts.
  • You can access, export, or delete service data through product features where available.
  • We do not use your service data for our own marketing or to sell to third parties.
  • If you close your account, we delete or anonymize service data within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days, subject to backups and legal retention requirements.
05

Mobile applications

Requirements for Apple App Store and Google Play, including account deletion, permissions, and third-party tools.

  • After a deletion request for account-based apps, we remove personal data from production systems within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before automatic purge.
  • You may also contact us if you need help completing deletion or confirming that your data was removed.

Our apps request device permissions only when needed for a feature you use. You can deny or revoke permissions in your device settings, though some features may not work without them.

Third-party services in our apps

Our mobile apps use third-party tools to provide sign-in, cloud sync, analytics, advertising, notifications, file delivery, and crash reporting. These providers may collect identifiers, device information, and usage data under their own privacy policies.

TeenyPDF

Product-specific privacy details for TeenyPDF. This section supplements the general policy above.

Overview

TeenyPDF (“the App”) is provided by FluvoSoft Ltd. (“FluvoSoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This section explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use TeenyPDF, including the mobile app and related marketing pages on fluvosoft.com.

TeenyPDF is a PDF toolkit and document scanner. PDF conversions, merging, splitting, editing, encryption, redaction, e-sign, and related tools run on your device. We do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

TeenyPDF is designed so your documents are processed locally. We collect limited information as follows:

  • Documents and files you choose: PDFs, images, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), PowerPoint (.pptx), and scanner captures you open, create, or export in the App. These files are processed on your device and stored in app storage or a folder you select.
  • App preferences: settings such as your custom output save directory and other in-app preferences.
  • Recent files and file library metadata: names, paths, and history needed to show Recent files on Home and manage your Files library. You can open, share, save, or remove items from history in the App.
  • Usage and advertising data: when the App displays banner or interstitial ads, advertising partners may collect device identifiers and usage data under their own policies (see Third-party services below).
  • Diagnostics (where enabled): crash or performance information used to keep the App stable.

How we use your information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide on-device PDF tools (Photo to PDF, compress, merge, reorder, delete pages, split, edit text, encrypt, redact, e-sign) and document conversion features.
  • Power the document scanner (camera or gallery import, multi-page capture, filters, and export as PDF, DOCX, JPG, or PNG).
  • Show recent files, search tools and files, and save outputs to your chosen directory.
  • Display banner and interstitial ads that help keep the App available.
  • Improve reliability, fix bugs, and develop new features.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights and safety of users and FluvoSoft.

On-device processing

Document conversions and PDF operations in TeenyPDF run on your device. We do not upload your PDFs, images, or Office files to FluvoSoft servers for conversion as part of normal App use.

Files remain under your control in app storage, your device gallery, or a custom output folder you configure in Settings. Sharing a file uses your device’s share sheet and the destination you choose.

Device permissions

The App requests device permissions only when a feature needs them. You can deny or revoke permissions in your device settings, though related features may not work.

  • Camera: used for the document scanner when you capture pages. Access is requested when you use Scan.
  • Photos / gallery: used when you import images for Photo to PDF, compress, convert, or scanner gallery import. We access only the files you select.
  • Storage / files: used to open PDFs and Office documents, save outputs, manage your Files library, and write to a custom save directory you set in Settings.

Third-party services

We do not sell your personal information. TeenyPDF may use third-party services only as needed to operate the App:

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. Because document tools run on device, your document contents are not sent to FluvoSoft for conversion. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our users, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.

  • Advertising networks (for example Google AdMob) — banner and interstitial ads. These partners may collect advertising identifiers and interaction data under their own privacy policies.
  • Analytics and crash reporting to improve stability (where enabled).

Accounts and data deletion

TeenyPDF does not require a FluvoSoft account to use core PDF and scanner features. There is no cloud account for us to delete in the same way as our signed-in apps.

You can remove files from Recent / Files history in the App, delete exported files from your device or custom save folder, and clear app data through your device settings. For privacy questions, contact us at the email below.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Control which files the App can access by granting or denying camera, photos, and storage permissions.
  • Choose a custom output save directory in Settings.
  • Remove items from recent files and delete local outputs from your device.
  • Limit ad personalization through your device advertising or privacy settings where available.
  • Contact us to raise a privacy concern or request assistance.

For privacy questions, data requests, or concerns about TeenyPDF, contact FluvoSoft at support@fluvosoft.com or through the support options in the App.
